Internal wall cartridges is a constructive material from the zinc-coated steel with polymeric coating for the installation of the solid carrying basis of wall non-load-bearing designs of frame buildings. Internal wall cartridges are intended for hinged front systems. In the constructive scheme of a non-load-bearing design they carry out functions of internal wall sheet works and crossbar systems for installation of elements of external refinishing. Advantages Functional efficiency. In this product two elements of a non-load-bearing design—horizontal wall beam head intended for the installation of an external protective element (shaped boarding, front cartridges, panels) and a material of an interior finish of a building, for example shaped boarding are consolidated. The internal space of the cartridge can be used for a thermal insulation material. Bracing of the internal wall cartridges is made directly to columns of a framing. Thus, necessity of the installation of assembly tables is excluded. The vertical wall of internal wall cartridges in addition carries out functions of steam barrier. The design of internal wall cartridge was tested by the firemen and has the characteristics, satisfying to parameters of fire resistance for all classes of buildings.
